I am feeling frustrated about a few things lately - namely the new health care bill and how it was pushed through, my dryer that is doing weird things and taking extra long to dry a load of clothes, and the fact that my older children keep waking me up at night and it's always when I've finally fallen deeply asleep. I've threatened to start locking our bedroom door at night. Also, we've had to call the Tri-City Herald 3 weeks in a row to tell them we didn't receive our Sunday paper and I had to have a show down with the sassy little paper girl when she came to collect our money last time. If I was that girls mother and I heard her talking to an adult like that I would have knocked her into next week. I know that's not a very christian thing to say, but I think kids these days are not being raised to have as much respect for their elders as they should.
So anyways, there are just a few of the annoying things I've been dealing with lately. Since I always feel better after letting out my frustrations, I thought I would provide a free venting session for anyone out there that needs it.
So if you feel the need, let me know what's frustrating you lately.

No venting here, just wishing it was a little bit warmer. I need another sunny day.
you know sarah, i have been feeling like there's alot to vent about myself. but unfortunately, not stuff i should type. we have those moments, glad they don't happen all that often. sometimes it seems the world is conspiring against us but luckily we don't have to look very far to know we've got it pretty good. we had big probs. w/ our sunday paper...finally went down to the herald to get it straightened out cause the several people i was speaking w/ in the phillipines wasn't gettin it done. speaking of the health care bill, did you read in the paper about joe biden's classy grammer?(when talking to the pres. about the significance of the bill) wow, great example mr. v.p...someone needs to suck on a bar of soap.
have you tried cleaning out your dryer vent hose?(or whatever it's called...)
I'm in total agreement with you - kids these days just don't speak to adults with the same kind of respect I was taught to. Maelin actually said something to me the other day and I told her "if I would have ever talked to my mom like that, I would've had a date with a wooden spoon. Would you like one of those?" Geesh! My own kids!
Sometimes it just feels good to vent.
I'm with Heather, I'd like some nicer weather. Especially with Spring Break right around the corner.
I just got home from the Dr. Usually it would be a frustrating morning, but I managed to get in and out in less than an hour. That's a MIRACLE. Colton got 4 nasty shots, and I got a Rx. I should be feeling better soon! My head is throbbing. The nice deed that me and my neighbor did yesterday to help another neighbor out, is coming back to haunt me. Now this lovely 50 mph wind that we are having today is blowing the bags and weeds all over my yard. So that's pleasant. So glad I did my service yesterday. This wind is annoying, and I'm ready or a nap! Happy Windy Day!
I feel so much better! Thanks!
Kristen, you know what they say- no good deed goes unpunished. Ha!
My next door neighbor fixes washers and dryers and makes house calls. I can email you his info if you want it. He does a great job. You can't have your dryer not working with all that laundry you have to keep up with!
My email is nadscrow@yahoo.com
As for venting, I'm just glad that my husband is home after his work trip tonight!
And I'm trying really hard to avoid all the politics talk because it bugs me that you can't disagree without having a huge dramatic relentless argument that is irrational and senseless.
I hear you about the health care bill.
Sorry about your dryer, mine did that a while back and my outside vent was plugged? Have you checked that?
My vent of the day we finally have our irrigation turned on and I can finally water my lawn. Then Dylan comes in and informs me we had a flood in the backyard from a broken pipe. AWESOME.
Thanks Sarah!
I was also going to suggest that you check the dryer hose thingy. Mine totally came all the way off. I noticed that my clothes were taking longer and my laundry room was always really hot when I was drying my clothes. Then it came all the way off and made a big dusty mess.
So my vent for the day is Lexi peeing her pants 5 times today when we haven't had any accidents for about 4-5 days! AH!
