I used to think the saying "Double Trouble" was so cheesy and it gets really annoying when people comment that to me about the twins and the future we have with them. Well people, there's a reason that saying exists. It is totally and entirely true. Kale and Cooper are getting their second bath of the morning because they tag teamed me once again and squeezed half a bottle of dish soap all over my kitchen floor. It literally took them 15 seconds while I swept the living room. Have you ever tried to pick up a baby covered in slippery dish soap? Sheesh! And my kitchen floor has a nice film of soap that's going to need some serious scrubbing. These two aren't even a year old yet. Busy is an understatement. I think dangerous is more appropriate at the moment. And you can bet your bottom dollar they got exactly what they wanted -- another bath! It was almost as if they planned it...............
P.S. If you're interested, I did a new book review at my book blog.

Austin has been having mutliple baths a day as well thanks to his love of coloring on himself. Good. times.
Hang in there!
I've swept your floor before...so it had to be more than 15 seconds!! :):)
No, 15 seconds from the time I got the broom and started sweeping. They are lightning fast!
Those cuties will def. keep you on your toes. :)
Oh, no! How does one clean up dish soap off the floor without making an even bigger disaster?! I'm so sorry, Sarah. I'm sure that is NOT what you had planned for the morning. May they take an extra long nap today so you have time to recover.
Haha, I'm laughing. Only cuz I'm a mean friend! :) The good thing about you Sarah, is that I can hear your voice, trying to scold them, yet being so nice! You are a great mom! One day these boys will love and appreciate everything that you do for them. It will probably take a few years for that day to come though! Ha! Love ya! Good Luck with the clean up!
ooooohhhh maaaaaan!
thats gonna be one long cleanup. I feel for you. Grandma time yet?
That's craziness! I bet it's so hard to get anything done because you literally have to be watching every second. Good thing they are so stinkin' cute!
Sarah, that is incredible. You should ask Marie Tidwell some time about her twin boys and a pound of butter. My twin nephews are now missionaries! The time goes by so fast. I remember when they were three and had figured out how to get the heater vent up and drop all their mother's silverware down the vent. You're doing a fantastic job!
Those two are so cute! Just chasing them around should keep you in tip top shape ;)
LOL I can just see how proud they were of themselves!
I am a little behind on posts I guess! Your kids looked great for halloween. I didn't know that was Kendle! How funny. Who wants to wear a pretty dress anyways?
